They had 2 chances to get my order right. How hard is it to do a steakburger with cheese, bacon on a bun, nothing else? It came with lettuce, onion and I don' t know what else. I told her that that was not what I ordered. I only wanted the meat , cheese and the bacon. They just put it on another bun with the same junk on it. She tried to do it again and I told her to just take it away and they it off my bill; the manager was about 18 and not really sympathetic. Went back to steak and shake to get a replacement order and got treated like I was a criminal. Its not my fault that the manager didn't write my reference number down.I think anyone would be mad when you pay over 20 dollars for food get home and part of your order isn't there and what is isn't worth eating. I will never ever go back I probably wouldn't be as mad if this didn't happen more times than I can count.very unsatisfied

Worst service ever. Didn't allow us to sit anywhere we asked to. As we sat down two waitresses started talking negatively in front of us. On top of that they purposely put hair and hid it in our fires. Nastiest place ever. ¡¡¡¡¡DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
