I walk in to be seated, I'm directed to the bar I guess because I'm by myself. I sit down at the bar, 15 minutes pass, no service (no menu, silverware, beverage, or even a waitress). I see 2 groups of people come in after I'm already seated, that get seated and order taken. Im not one to complain, but I don't see how I can make eye contact with the manager multiple times and still no question on me being served. Highly disappointed. Very good, Service was great, was clean and well run
Burgers very good, the worst fries I've ever had.
It was lunch on Monday. Service was so slow. Greeter and servers moved like they just got out of the hospital. Slow slow slow. The checkout lady was on the ball. Food was great. Service sucked.
So far, this Stake & Shake is batting 100% with me. There have only been a few fast food restaurants in Rome that stayed 100% so Keep Up The GREAT Work!
Please don't eat here the manager is more worried about money then his customers when they find hair in their food.....
We had great time the food was good the one that waiting on was great
I love this place!! The food is GREAT, and the milkshakes are out of this world good!!
