The food was ok floors were very slick, an the service is slow, in other words pick up the pace an clean better as well!!
Would have liked to give you all 4 or 5 stars, but the 3 times I've been there you've gotten my order right once. 2 days ago I simply asked for a triple original burger with no bun but wanted all the veggies on the side. Picked it up through the drive-thru, got home and there were three patties and no veggies. I mean is it really that hard?
We were seated promptly, but no one ever came to wait on us. We left after 15-20 minutes. The place was dead and I probably made eye contact with everyone working. Never again.
I love steak and shake !! Got a quick question does anybody know when they start serving lunch???? Thanks
