One of the best hamburgers we've had in a long time.
This place is a joke. Got seated and after 10 mins still no waitress. Looked over by kitchen and saw 6 of em standing around with thumbs up their asses. I left took menus to lady who sat us and said bye since y'all would rather screw around than help customers. Ill never go back ...don't see how this place stays in business..either needs new owner or new workers
Tried to eat here tonight. We were seated and given menus, then nothing. We sat for 15 minutes and were not acknowledged at all. No drink order, no nothing. While my family left to go eat at Qdoba next door, I asked to speak to the manager. I waited for several minutes for him, and he seemed like he could care less. He didn't offer more than a lackadaisical "sorry." Horrid customer service!
I am assuming the older man with grey hair is the mgr. He is the rudest person I came across in a long time! This was my first visit to a Stake 'n Shake and will not be back! The food was not worth it, dry and old!
Got our drink orders wrong not once but twice. Left part of our food order off so we had to wait for that. The kids meal mac&cheese wasn't enough food to feed an ant. Kids eat free weekend but they get $1.29 for a 8oz cup of soda.
