Great lunch, quick, friendly service. Always a hit with me!!
I haven’t ate here in almost 10 years and it will be another 10 years before I come back. Restaurant wasn’t packed and not super busy. They seated my family and I. Wait for about 10 mins and couldn’t get a single acknowledgement. People came in after us and were helped almost immediately. Horrible customer service!
First time in there, and we sat for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Every server in there made eye contact with me but never tried to even get our drink order. Then a couple came in within the last minute is me and my family sitting there and were immediately waited on. Came here today to get me and my girlfriend some food during my lunch break at work. I spent my whole lunch break in the drive thru to begin with and second they messed up one of my shakes making it a chocolate and banana shake instead of a chocolate banana side by side shake. Simple mistake no big deal but I had ordered a Reese’s peanut butter cup shake for myself and didn’t think to check that one since the chocolate banana thing is an honest mistake.
