Bought a bunch of stuff paid extra to have it sooner and they waited to ship and can’t get customers bike done on time now. Lady is rude and doesn’t know what she is talking about was on hold for 10 min for her to figure it out and she is to stupid to remedy the problem.
Ordered a bunch of stuff from them. The shipping was fast. Their prices are fair. One steel brake line that came in my order was wrong but they can’t be blamed for that it was packaged wrong by the manufacturer. They made things right and even pulled the new one out and measured it before then sent it to me. Great service and shipping costs weren’t bad like some have said.
They sent me the wrong header mid-pipes for a Tyga exhaust I ordered 3 separate times in a row for my ‘15 Grom. The process took over two months. They never got it right so I returned it all for a refund. It’ll be my first and last time ordering from Steady Garage.
