I ordered the Hoedar ECU for the Honda Grom. ended up having to take the bike to 2 different shops to try to tune it it took 3 months because of wait times in the shops to even get on the dyno. But neither shop was able to get it to take a tune. I called to try to return the Hoedar and they told me there is nothing they could do because it's been to long and someone already tried to tune it. this is the 3rd tim order from them. I need to return un open item. they wanted charge 15% reinstock fee when they stated on thei r website there no reinstock fee for unopen item
