One improvement would be to sell a Chimera kit that actually fits the machine it supposedly fits, provide the correct hardware, and include instructions. I'd like to thank Steady for their quick and useful reply to my earlier customer service request, and I will as soon as they provide it. Meantime, a bit of machine work and replacement of some components got their "kit" to fit.

I called them and expressed the urgency of getting the shipment out so that I could receive it by the weekend (2 states away) with the cheapest shipping option and they handled it as such; with the best customer service and made it happen. Good shit.
