We came across Eshan through a Google search and it was truly a blessing. My grandmother had a huge callus on the bottom of her foot which was making it hard to walk and causing her pain. He saw us within a couple of days after explaining the situation. Immediately he got to work on her feet, removing the callus and relieving her pain so efficiently. I was really impressed with the professional services from Receptionist(Shirin) and podiatrist(Ehsan). Shirin gave us proper guidance in navigating the service and insurance coverage . She tracked down the call made to the insurance company when they refused to pay our claim as stated in their phone conversation. She went above and beyond, followed up with the insurance company and made the refund possible. Outstanding customer services from Shirin and podiatrist service from Ehsan. Shirin verified the insurance coverage via checking in app and calling to insurance company on my behalf as it was confusing. After getting stocking, orthotics and shoes, my problem has gone.with appreciation of their overall services I highly recommend to visit Steady Gait Foot once.
The clinic is so clean and organize. I was here last week for inquires regarding my foot pain and I am so lucky I bumped to this foot clinic because they really help me conquering my foot pain. The receptionist is very accomodating and friendly, the doctor is so nice and approachable. I highly recommend this foot clinic if you want good service.
