Phone fixed in 10 minutes!!! I thought it was over for my IPhone 12 Pro. Dropped it in water. First the Face ID stopped working, then the phone stopped working completely with a blinking apple. I tried every google recommendation to no avail. Brad saved the day and so much important information!!
I'm assuming the gentleman who helped me was Bradley. Despite the store being busy, he was able to get a new screen for my phone ordered and replaced in 24 hours. Had a great experience and will go back for future repairs.
Bradley said pc will be ready in 5 days and it took him 2 weeks and the pc still was not working. Spent $100 for him to store my pc because he sure didn't fix it. He does not answer phone when you call him, he does not return phone calls. Very horrible experience definitely will not be going back.
I cracked the back of my iphone 13 pro max at work and he got it fixed the same day! He was busy the day i went so it was a couple hours but for the price and type of phone i had wasn’t bad! Nice family! Will go back if i need something fixed again!
