Booked with rich and apple paid him. Poor reception made it seem like it didn’t go through so I did it again. When I got home I called and texted him that 40 bucks went through 2 times and he denied it even though I sent the screen shot. Reported to bank and he denied that too. Got charged 80 bucks cuz of it. Never went back
Called on a Saturday and booked 3 kids cuts for Monday. The man I spoke to made the appointment and assured me the appointment was made. My husband showed up Monday morning 15 minutes before the appointment. And wasn’t acknowledged by any of the 6 barbers in the barbershop. If you didn't get a chance to make an appointment for a cut the line for waiting it's very short, lots of barbers at hand to pick you up and get you in!
1) Booked an appt on their app at 4p for a hair cut at 5:30p. Got there at 5:30p, with one person ahead of me (think of it as I was second in line), told the owner any barber who is available will be do. First, Third, and Fourth in line got to go first. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP WHEN EVERYONE JUST GET TO GO IN! 2) Finally, the owner designated a barber to cut my hair. That barber said he will cut my hair after hes done with his current customer.
