Beautiful property with unmatched views and amenities. 505 is positively breathtaking and is the height of luxury!
Would like to recommend it but staying here now and been waiting for 25 mins for an elevator. And 25 people waiting behind us. Every time in the last 3 days minimum wait of 10-15 mins, 2 just stop working. Employee had to take people up service elevator. Can’t access any floors via stairs, can only exit and go down to first floor if you leave your floor by stairwell. ( I learned the hard way thinking I could walk down 2 floors to the 7th floor pool, gym, common area). Creepy being in stairwell and not being able to get out u... read more

It really is a beautiful building and those on the staff that I have met are some of the best in luxury living! HIGHLY recommend!!
Horrible and I mean HORRIBLE customer service. Their policies and procedures are the very worst I have ever come across in the hotel/hospitality world. I highly encourage everyone to book with another place because the 505 will not offer you any sort of recourse if you have to cancel your trip, even if that’s due to death in the family or medical circumstances.
