I can NOT express how fantastic and fabulous this property is. Obsessed is an understatement!
4 of us stayed at the 505 last week for a long weekend. We loved it! The location is smack dab in the middle of everything. We walked everywhere and enjoyed all music city had to offer. The amenities were impeccable, the view was amazing, and the staff was awesome!!! 505 put our trip to Nashville over the top. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Thank you 505
mixing residents and hotel guest bad idea...especially when hotel guest are drunk often...rowdy...etc...they are here to party and have fun....not a good deal for residents trying to call it home...
Yet still under construction, the 505 is one of the most beautiful buildings in Nashville with a breathtaking view of downtown. With an luxurious amenities deck and excellent parking facilities, 505 is set to raise the bar significantly for downtown living.

This place was amazing. The space was gorgeous and I loved the industrial style of the loft. Plus, it was equipped with dishes and everything that you could possibly need. The perfect backdrop for a photo shoot as well. Loved it.
