Stay Alfred, cancelled my reservation & instead of informing me urgently by phone, they emailed me to let me know that they weren’t able to offer me lodging. Much to my surprise, they even tried charging me the cancellation fees! Not only did I not cancel, I was charged in full over a month in advance & now have to wait to get my refund in 7-10 days, which means I’m spending double the money & time to get what I booked in April & was cancelled BY STAY ALFRED a week and a half prior to me coming to DC.
