Bought a truck in April of ‘18. Have had numerous issues with same problem on it since then. It was in shop at least 4-5 times same problem. Found out later from another dealer that they only documented it as being in there once for the problem. I’m assuming to cover themselves. Tried to call and speak to someone in charge recently and they transferred me directly to the owner. Of course I got his voicemail and still have not heard back from him.
