Bought 2016 Chevy Trax for grandaughter have had nothing but problems it’s junk it’s in shop more than driving it and it’s unsafe vehicle won’t ever buy a vehicle there again I’ll tell ya .

Got pressured into buying an "as-is" vehicle that had the check engine light turn on not even 24hrs later when they promised it was clean. Took it in and they "fixed it." Not even a week later it happened again. Took it back and they "fixed it" again. 3 days later the light came back. Took it back in and they "fixed it." Just went back to Staunton to get my mom a jeep. As always the service was excellent and working with Kara and Brandon is always a breeze. DO NOT GO HERE, I found a car i wanted that they had, first they were unwilling to drop the price even though it was over priced but eventually got them down, then they say they did an inspection and obviously didnt because my windshield washer fluid doesnt spray out and it needs rotors right away, when i brought this to their attention a couple days later they tried to say it was my fault and worked fine when they checked and that im riding the brakes too hard, they did nothing but lie to me and im regretting giving them my... read more
