The part of buying my truck went great I took out a extended warranty ( that i was told it was a 100 % coverage) then i had a problem i had to pay a $100 deductible wich i was never told about then i had another problem and was told i have to pay for the whole thing ( 100 % coverage) after getting mad they said they will pay half so I went and payed my half still mad i got a voicmail saying they will pay it all since I didn't understand the coverage ( 100 % ) isnt hard to understand so back to the voicmail they said they wil... read more

Our car broke down on the way to Chicago. The guys at Staunton Chrysler went out of their way to help us. They were very friendly and caring. They had a part delivered from another location. Although it did not fix the car, they helped us try to get a rental car by calling multiple places. Unfortunately, each place stated "no cars available".
