I went to another Chrysler dealer and was given an estimate that was very high and was told that rear suspension repairs were not covered by an extended warranty. I went to Staunton Chrysler and the estimate was a fourth of the other dealer. Kyle Bishop took the extra time to call about my extended warranty and was told that parts and labor were covered. My only cost was a fifty dollar deductible. Staunton Chrysler made me happy. Owner of Chrysler 300C.
