Great location, but doesn't have up-to-code safe fire alarms. false alarms have been going off an a near nightly basis for the last 3 months. The office staff is nice, but flaky. be prepared to call 3-5 times throughout the day if you want your call answered. Significantly overpriced for the living experience.
Just when we thought things could not have been more ridiculous and inconvenient in this apartment complex, today we experienced threat to our SAFETY. Our next door neighbor fired his assault rifle that went through our bedroom wall, into the middle of the bed, and into our bedroom sofa where the bullet is currently lodged. By far, the WORST experience I have ever had living at an apartment community. There is nothing worse than an otherwise beautiful apartment Complex, being ruined by rude, unprofessional and unorganized staff. If you like filthy hallways, weed smoke, thin walls/floors, and a completely oblivious staff, then Station R is the place for you! I have had multiple encounters with the team and with the exception of the Maintenance guys and Alena, the staff needs to be replaced, QUICKLY. Great location, great amenities and super kind and helpful staff! Josh, Alena, Kali & Chante have all gone out of their way to help me on many occasions! Also, free yoga classes!
We absolutely love the amenities here at Station R, the location and the easy access to basically everywhere around town. Before making our final decision to lease here we had looked at multiple places and the deciding factor was most definitely the staff here at Station R. Ask for Josh, he will make you feel right at home and as if you’ve known him forever. We appreciate all you have done for us Josh. God Bless.
