I've been around a lot of "Used Car lots" this one is different. Good people, Fun place!
My daughter bought car there let's see alternator went out less than 2 months. open glove box it fell to floorboard, lift shocks don't hold back Hatch up, rear bumper skin started falling off 3 days after buying it. You could see where the SHADE TREE mechanic used apoxy to hold it, instead of putting bolts back in it. BUYER BEWARE. They throw the cars together to get them sold. Joey, it's unfortunate the alternator went out 60 days after purchase. An alternator is a wear item that was working when you purchased the vehicle. We do offer warranties, but you declined the warranty which would cover wear items, such as an alternator. I think most people would agree that your concerns other than the alternator are typical for a 10 year old vehicle. Just want to say these guys are amazing. My Daughter bought her minivan here. She eventually had some issues with the van about 9 weeks ago. After speaking to her a few times and not being able to trace the issue. We took in to another Auto shop. Like any Dad I was upset. We took the diagnostic report to Derrick and Josh and they took the van and asked what she wanted to do and gave her some options.
