Terrible experience. Installers showed up late, no work got done, and I had to waste a full day off work. I was never told the door would come without knobs or that gaps would be left on the floor. One window is still in limbo with no install date since April 2025. Salesman misled me about manufacturing, - they DO NOT own manufacturing company as he repeatedly told me, they are like most companies; they depend on another company to make the windows and doors so waiting time 5-6 months if not longer- and management was conde... read more
