Do not do business with these people. Joey, a sales rep in Central Florida, is awful. He will stop responding to your communications after you've signed the paperwork. Even before that, he showed up to every appointment late without even letting us know he was going to be hours late to show up. Totally ruined our weekend plan. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the prolonged delays and lack of professionalism show throughout the process of installing my impact windows, under a contract signed in June 2024. At the time of signing, I was assured by the salesperson that the work would be completed by August 2024, specifically to ensure protection for the 2024 hurricane season. Terrible experience. Installers showed up late, no work got done, and I had to waste a full day off work. I was never told the door would come without knobs or that gaps would be left on the floor. One window is still in limbo with no install date since April 2025. Salesman misled me about manufacturing, - they DO NOT own manufacturing company as he repeatedly told me, they are like most companies; they depend on another company to make the windows and doors so waiting time 5-6 months if not longer- and management was conde... read more
