Had 3 out of 4 windows installed in May. Waiting on call back from anyone that can help. Have been calling every week stating that someone will call me back ASAP and as of today July 22nd. Still waiting. Also getting into trouble with HOA because stickers are still on windows to get inspected and the will not until the 4 window is put in.I really do not know if this company knows what ASAP means. Very disappointed will not recommend to anyone

We are actively under contract with Statewide so I am hoping my review can be changed at a later date, but as for now this is a justified review. We ordered doors with SW on April 29, 2025. We have been hounding them since June for an update as we were told these doors would be scheduled for a Mid-June to Mid-July install date because we were in a historic neighborhood. We have been told since June that it is "stuck in historical preservation review"... only to call the city and find out that THEY DID NOT APPLY FOR THE PERMI... read more

No communication whatsoever. We feel like we mean absolutely nothing to them. They sure as hell have our deposit though. We were told our windows would be here by late June or early July. Now it is mid July and not a word from them. I don’t do the being neglected thing very well. We have set a time frame for the windows and if they are not in our house by that date, they can stick them where the sun don’t shine.
