Phillip @ Statewide took such good care of our transaction from start to close ! He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and timely! We even had a few hiccups at closing that could have delayed us, but Phillip was able to move fast and accurately to get things back on track ! This team, especially Cathy, are amazing. Long after my closing, Cathy is still fighting a couple of small battles for me. There are absolutely no worries when hooked up with this group. I would highly, highly recommend this company! They are diligent in solving issue and answering questions should they arise. Cathy still working issues almost 1.5 years after closing.
