I don't know all the agents their but my family will never deal with the Cox woman again. Is it legal to work for two different agencies at the same time?
NOT recommended. Need better agents instead of ones looking for personal investment steals. If you want top dollar, go elsewhere. These "great" reviews involve ONE agent. Choose wisely. Not the ones trying to pad the ratings. And two agents still doing it.
The two Cox agents voting themselves great reviews. Seems kind of unethical at the least. Looks bad for the agency.
For these hefty commissions, try doing a little work. Just watching people sign papers doesn't deserve thousands of dollars. The buyer and seller take all the risk.
DO NOT LIST! No effort at selling. Just routine MLS. It looks like some positive reviews center around one agent. A couple of others there are not team players and drag everyone else down. This place needs some new agents.
