The staff was very courteous and informative.
Thursday morning I was assisted by Tasha. She was kind, helpful and very informative. I appreciate that every thing was handled in a very routine manner, and she knew the answers to all of my questions and could offer some helpful suggestions to my questions. She was very poite and patient and the visit went by very easily. It was really cold in the lobby, but I would prefer that over being hot and uncomfortable.
I needed a tooth extraction and this was done at a reasonable price with very little discomfort. The dentist and his assistant were courteous and professional.
Let me start off by saying you guys are great. My first day as a knew patient was the best. I got a same day appointment and I couldn't believe the pricing. Wow!!!! I love you guys.
This was my first visit to a new dentist in 25 years. I was apprenhensive thinking that no one could be as good as my old dentist. I was pleasantly surprised by the organization and professionalism provided at my appointment. I will be going back for a second appointment with no hesitation.
I have not been to a dentist in over 30yrs.I have to say they done a wonderful job and the most friendly staff i,ve been around they make going to dentist fun.Do not mind my next appointment LOL.
Wonderful staff, excellent doctors. Not a big fan of dental work, but they eased my frazzled nerves. They explained everything to me and gave me options to fit my needs within insurance guidelines and payouts. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.
Great experience. The entire staff was helpful, kind and respectful. Dr. Purdy has a very good "chairside" manner. Everything was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand and I felt that he was speaking to me, rather than at me. He made me feel that he REALLY cared about ME, not just a number. It takes a great Doctor, like Dr. Purdy, to treat patients as equals rather than making them feel like lower class citizens. Highly recommend to any and all!!!
