Office employee was friendly. Hygienist was friendly, a good cleaning was completed in a professional manor. The dentist was very friendly as well and she completed my check up in a very timely manor.
Awesome !! Highly Recommended , the staff is the best . They get you rgt in and out .
It was my first visit and a very pleasant one. Everyone was very pleasant and professional and did an excellent job of explaining every procedure that was performed. I have visited many dental offices over the years but my experience at the Dentistry of the Carolina in Statesville was far superior than previous dental visits.
The staff was very courteous and professional. I had come in to schedule an appointment because of a problem I was having and they were able to work me in and take care of the problem while I was there.
Thank you so much for "working in" my mother in law today June 6th, for pain that her partial denture was causing her. She, my husband and myself are all patients of your practice and have never had anything but excellent care! Thanks to your entire staff for providing that care.

My visit Wednesday was very excellent. All of my questions and fears were answered. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. I look forward to the next visit as I felt comfortable and well taken care of.
I was a new patient and they made me feel very welcome. All the staff was pleasant and professional. I didn't have to wait a long time and they discussed all my dental options and let me make the decision. They discussed my copay amounts depending on the procedure I wanted to have and I have never experienced that with any other dental office. I absolutely loved my visit, and I can't wait to tell all my friends and family about it.
Service was prompt professional and kind. The office and equipment was up to date. Most importantly the doctor was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue accurately.
