Professional and friendly I needed to have my new partial plate looked at because I am having problems with it, everything is tasting like sawdust. Doctor polished it up for me and both himself and his assistant explained to me that I was cleaning it wrong so buildup was happening on the partial to make it taste that way. They took the time to explain exactly what needs to be done to not have it do this. They are always friendly and helpful. They make my going to the dentist a good experience.
