Not good at all! My daughter wasnt seen n the "doctor" told me to just go to her regular doctor. N i waited there 2 n half hours! N so i left to my daughter doctor n turned out my daughter had strep!
When your sick and hardly any people in urgent care and feeling horrible...had to wait for few hours to see the Dr...then placed scripts at their pharmacy waited another hour .
Dr Eberharth and Dr Poliseno are great doctors,the only thing I don't like now is the phone new system,my daughter is really sick and am trying to call her dr but is imposible,bring yesterday my daughter to urgent care with fever 103.7 and the "doctor" who suppose take my daughter didn't say anything about what can cause that fever they send us home with no prescription and no results at all. So please change that phone system,am trying to call dr Eberharth but is imposible by phone.
Been coming to formerly HIP Center now ACP for over 27 yrs. It's a hit or miss with the waiting. I have PCP listed at ACP but really use Dr. Das for most of my medical needs. No more ENT so I found Dr. Dodaro in another site. I used to love HIP but the all in one services has declined. I like the Urgent Care and always received good care there.
