I used to like this place but when I had a physician by the name of Dr Krishian she refused one time to see me because I was 3 minutes late and now she does not take my coverage cause she is not in the network I feel that before anyone in the office make an appointment for a patience they should look at what medical coverage a patience have and tell then before booking an appointment that these doctors are not in your coverage network Now I have to research and look for a doctor in my coverage I feel some respect should be o... read more
Your doctors need to "wake up" to the reality of the flaws in Advantage Care. My doctor glibly ignored the fact that AC didn't post my test results on my personal website and said "just call..so & so....in cardiology". She didn't know how flawed the system was - trying to place the call led to three hang-ups by the Advantage Care automated system, each after very long waits. Then I got through and the person indicated that I have an appointment in two weeks and that the doctor would probably share the results then - ignoring... read more

I have been a patient for years. Lately people are so rude. Went for a blood test nurse asked for my name over ten times cause she was too busy talking to her coworker. Tried calling back nurse after a message. Was on hold for over thirty minutes. Today called again twenty seven minutes on hold then representative hang up on me.😡

the wait for the urgi center is always ridiculously long. sometimes the dr isn't even there by the opening time. the staff acts like it's no big deal but when your sitting there sick, it's a very big deal, you dont need to hear them tell a ton of people.... "oh it's going to be a very long wait." If you feel really sick go someplace else if you can. I had to pay a copay at another urgi center but it was worth it since I had the flu and wasnt waiting goddess knows how long at this place. The drs should be ashamed of themselve... read more

RecommendedI like that everything is under one roof. All my doctors can see what I am being treated for. Blood test aren't duplicated.
