My husband had an infected toe and went to his PCP. He was given a referral to a podiatrist and treated successfully. We keep getting billed for the podiatry treatment even though we are covered and the PCP made the referral. This has been going on for months. My husband has made several phone calls to try and rectify the issue without success.
I'm sitting in exam room with door close for the last 10 min. Already 30 min into my appt home and still no doctor. Showed up early to hear that my dr was double booked at my time slot. Didnt have vitals until 15 after. Just here for follow up of blood work. Patient here for years but the service and care has gone down the drain. Employees talking about their personal stalker and inappropriate subjects. looking to move on from here.
RecommendedI have been with ACP on and off way back when it was the HIP center. I love my doctors the staff are usually very friendly n helpful. I love the convenience of having all the access to numerous departments of care. I just do not care very much for their billing I use to be a medical biller by trade so I know they can look up your info while you are there so there should or would be no issues of any kind. But otherwise I recommend this facility on Cloves Road Staten Island New York.

RecommendedTHE STAFF, AND THE DOCTORS. ARE SO GOOD. IT ISNT A LONG WAIT, THEY GO IN ORDER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE SECURITY GUARD IS ALSO VERY HELPFUL.
I went there this morning and it says the Urgent Care opens at 7am. I get there and security says they open at 8am. I asked them what about urgent care and they said no one came in for the urgent care section. they didnt have any doctors or nurses. that's false advertising. what if someone had a severe emergency. it's not right
