If I could give them a zero, I would. They are all rude, associates on the floor and those checking out. I went back after two days to exchange items, per the store policy, after I realized the afro kinky hair was absolute garbage. The store does not allow refunds and only exchanges within 3 days. Associate 2 behind the cash register immediately started speaking fast and aggressive in Spanish. I visit the store and wanted to purchase a wig but couldn't try it on. Who buys a wig without seeing how it looks? Then if you purchase it and you don't like it you can't return it. That's totally nonsensical! Obviously a man made this decision.
Very nice people with lovely attitude in the front part of the store, and so nasty people in the hair section. I would never go to the hair section there.
