Their customer service is amazing and the reason that I keep coming back. They work with private customers as much as they do with the majority of builders and designers here in town. They have so much experience in what they do, that I think half the design jobs in town would get screwed up if it wasn't for Statements! But that's just my thoughts - I know it's got to be pretty tricky to know all the different materials, installation requirements, best uses, etc. for such a wide product range.
