Rented from him for a while. He took a long time to respond to messages, and took over a month for a simple repair. After moving out he avoided any messages regarding the security and key deposit. He also raised the rent by $150 for tenets who came in after me.

While i apologize for the inconvenience of it all, I had to abide what the owners wanted to do as I sent them all the money all the time and they had to release it to me before I could do anything
We ‘worked’ with DAVE ANDERSON. At the beginning of the process, things were great... when things went south on the buyers end... he basically disappeared. It took WEEKS for responses.... he would not answer or return calls, texts, or emails..... we would have to send many many messages. We even had to call another member at the office to try to pick up the mess he created. It took so long that his seller was refusing to return our earnest money because it took so long!! Traci is one of the best realtors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She's absurdly honest and helps you learn everything you need to know about buying/selling a house. Frog Pond and their team is great to work with and I'd suggest them to anybody.
I am currently renting a property through Frog Pond and it has been a wonderful experience. Dave is amazing and the property owner Steve is as well. I love my place! There have been a few glitches with it going from a summer cabin to a yearround property, but the guys have been amazing about fixing anything it needs. I hope to be able to purchase my home one day and look forward to finally growing roots. Thank you Dave and Steve! Thank you for giving me an opportunity I never thought I'd have.
