RecommendedI've only lived at State Street Sation for 4 months but I would definitely recommend. The staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Everything is kept clean and I love all the amenities. I am happy with the choice to live here.
State Street Station facilities are very well kept and clean. The location is perfect right next to the Tosa Village. Restaurants, grocery stores, malls, and downtown Milwaukee are only a few miles away. Really can't get a better deal and all the services. This is the only apartment I've stayed at since moving to Wauwatosa (for 3 years now), but have not had a reason to leave. Moved here in October and love it. I would recommend it to anyone. Ilove the latte machine, gift wrapping station, diverse age groups in the community and the quality of both the apartment and the service. 5 stars!
I’ve lived at State Street Station for 3 years with my husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. It’s been a great place to live and we are sad to go soon. Madelyn is a great manager, friendly and accommodating.

State Street Station is better than its pictures! As a 3 year resident, I can speak to the convenience of location, availability of stores and restaurants, and a fabulous park across the street. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and accommodating. They obviously take pride in their building. The common areas, courtyard and "Starbucks Stop" offer a sense of community, as do the virtual and in-person events hosted by management. I'm happy to have found State Street Station!
This is truly a luxury apartment. The units are 100% modern, with lots of cabinet space and enough storage. Additionally, the common areas are immaculate, including the outdoor area. While all of the physical things are great here, the very best part is the staff who works here and how willing to accommodate they are. Thank you Madelyn and Gary!
I love State Street Station! After living in a private home for 25 years, I was afraid of moving to a multi-unit building for fear I would hear every little thing. I don't! I don't hear my neighbors at all when I am in my unit. So well built and soundproof. So many good things about living here. Beautiful building well maintained. Welcoming atmosphere, with caring staff easily accessible. Amenities such as a free Starbucks machine, party and game rooms, and a well-equipped fitness room encourage socializing. Walkable neighborhood. It's not perfect, but management seems to strive to maintain and even improve the quality of life.
