I showed a picture of the exact colors I wanted and didn’t get close to it.. I hate blonde streaks.. I even said it was Carmel in her hair.. How the heck did I end up with blonde.. My hair looks nothing like the colors in the picture I wanted.. Now I have to find someone to fix it soon cause I can’t handle the blonde.. After paying $140 ..The first picture is what I asked for.. Second picture is what I got.. Lexx fixed my hair some.. Still isn’t the color in the picture and it still looks like I already need a root touch up.... read more

We apologize greatly for your dissatisfaction. If you would like to come in for a toner to darken the highlights and add more warmth to them we can get you in tomorrow morning. It will be free of charge of course! It will be a simple appointment and not be very lengthy maybe an hour to do the toner, blow dry and style your hair!
