Went today to go from blonde to close to my natural hair color with keeping my blonde ends. Service was great, really chill friendly staff. Looks really pretty! Only complaint, showed picture of a darker ashier hair and still came out just a bit more blonde than I had really wanted. Maybe I could have communicated better? Or maybe my hair just reacted weird? I really wish I could give just a half star. I'm so disappointed with the way they attempted to do my daughters hair this evening. Will never go back.
