I love living at the Patio on Speedway. State Street Properties is great, especially Cristal. She always responds to my questions and maintenance requests in a timely manner and keeps me appraised of progress. I appreciate her so much!

We've lived at The Reseve for a few years now- LOVE it! Last year was rocky due to a new custodian worker who also lived downstairs from us. However, It appears he and his very loud family have moved on now so we're happy again. Office staff always friendly and quick with maintenance requests. I am glad I am not a new tenant. My rent is lower than the current advertised rates for new tenants who's Rent is outrageous. The staff is wonderful. Provide excellent maintenance promptly. Property is clean and the laundry and other common areas are clean. Been here since 2007. Love the location could not ask for more.
