I have searched and searched for a place to buy a quality used lawn tractor. I came across state sharpening while doing a google search and looked at their site. Best lawn equipment shop in Northeast Ohio. Drew is incredible. So knowledgeable and never intimidating. He goes the extra mile in assessing a customer’s needs. We have bought a snowblower and now zero turn lawn mower from State Sharpening. Delivery is also a breeze and on time, as the guy ensures you know how to use the machine. Couldn’t be happier and we often recommend the team at State Sharpening to family and friends. We will return back whenever we need anything!
State Sharpening has excellent customer service! We have bought a Cub Cadet riding mower with Drews help. Patiently showed us how to use it. Never used a riding mower or tractor before. Very apprehensive BUT we absolutely love it!! Also bought an electric start cub cadet snow blower...no more pulling and pulling to get it started. Perfect for us older folks. My husband and I fight whose going to cut grass! Highly recommend. For a very reasonable cost our mower was just picked up to get it ready for spring. Cannot say enough.... read more
“Inherited” a tractor mower with home we purchased. Had no idea what maintenance was needed, etc. For a very reasonable fee, State Sharpening picked up my tractor, and took it to their shop. Checked everything out, gave quote for work that needed done as well as tune up. Work was done in time promised, at price quoted, and tractor delivered back to me. Amazing service. We needed our Toro zero turn repaired under warranty so I contacted State Sharpening. After talking to a charming and very helpful lady on the phone (sorry, I can't remember her name) she arranged for our mower to be picked up 35 minutes later. Yes, that's thirty five minutes later. At pick-up time, I was told it could take as long as ten days to get the mower back - they had it back to me in four.
