Awesome company, lovely customer service, great follow up highly recommend
My experience was great. It’s so stressful being told you have to fix your roof and then getting quote after quote and all are hugely different. I found Alex to be knowledgeable and fair and I appreciated how he explained quite simply what had to be done vs what could ‘wait’ (considering the expense of fixing a ~100yr old roof). Rhys was lovely, polite and professional. I appreciate everyone can have a different experience, mine was wonderful.
State roof services solved and repaired a roof leak issue for us that 4 other roofing professionals before them had tried but not been able to do so. Such a relief to have finally found them. A very personable, exceptional, professional service, highly knowledgeable in roofing issues and great advice given.
