This place is impossible to get a hold of! Their answering service is terrible. All they do is want to take a message for a call back. I do not want to give personal information to someone who is not my doctor. This answering service has hung up on me, sent me to voice mails and put me on endless hold. All I need is a medical form to confirm my health to my employer. Today, I found out my forms were lost. Nobody bother to call me to tell me this. I’ve been on the phone for 20 minutes now trying to get my prescription refilled and no one is answering my phone call. This isn’t the first time I’ve been on hold on the phone with this office for multiple minutes! And almost every time the person that answers my phone call either has an attitude or seems crabby. If anyone wants an example of what NOT to do in a customer service position, stop in to see Leslie at the front desk of State Road Family Practice in North Royalton. Over one-and-one-half years ago (sadly, at my last check-up), I experienced the same treatment, from the same person, and it hasn’t changed! Leslie CLEARLY makes it obvious that she doesn’t want to be there, and barely makes a move more than what is absolutely necessary. I've been going here for nearly 30 years. My entire family goes to this practice and we are all very well taken care of. Love the staff like they are part of our family. Quick same day appointments. Little kids and babies are loved here. My little guy is often greeted with hugs by all the doctors and nurses before we even get to our room. I'd never consider another practice.
Great staff! Spends time with you to listen to any concerns you may have etc. My whole family comes here.
Expect to wait an hour or more past your scheduled appointment time, every time. Not even sure why they make appointments. Receptionist sits behind a frosted window you can't see through and you can expect to stand there 5 minutes on occasion. Just an unfriendly facility and certainly no concern for patients time
I will never, ever return to this practice. The employees are rude and unsympathetic!! I've had more friends tell me that they have found another physician because of being miss diagnosed and having to wait forever to be seen.
