I don’t recommend the Union at all!! If you are a parent do NOT let your child move here. My daughter moved in June 1 and the list of issues are too many to list. Move in day was a complete nightmare, no gate fob, filthy apartment, incorrect door key and mail box key and worst of all the air conditioner didn’t work! Since she has been there they have had to replace the refrigerator, fix the stove and the washing machine and get this the AC still does not work!’ The maintenance men show up and put Freon in and it works okay, ... read more

My vehicle was towed while in the process of moving a resident into the apartment. I was not parked in a “no parking spot “ nor were there signs. Took 2 hours to get my vehicle back, and when tried to discuss a possible policy change or at least a sign with the leasing manager, she offered a suggestion box! There was no communication about parking areas at time of sign in to get the keys to the apartment. Incompetent staff, and not much better management. Be careful anywhere you park, they will tow you.

RecommendedLooking for female to take my lease in a Uclub on the frey townhouse! A room with its own bathroom! Lots of parking! Fully furnished! KSU campus is a 2 minute drive, in walking distance, or BOB stops outside. It's $719 a month for one room.
Warning!! RUN!! Uptown Denton Tx My daughter was injured after falling in a dimly lit stairwell, tried to call the 24 hr on call staff but no one answered. No security seen patrolling. No security cameras available on site to capture crappy construction crew that busted her windshield. Mismatched room mates with ones who smoked and partied and didnt attend college anymore. No release from contract after signing a relent agreement but they never found a replacement so we had to keep paying months after she moved out. WARNING!... read more
