I finally caved and did the 80 min massage. What a difference those extra 20 mins makes! I still experience so much tension and pain in my right arm after my stroke and I think she spent at least 30 mins on that side. Go see Joan! Also, those mechanical chairs you get to use to wind down before a treatment are amazing! Helps to make you realize what's bothering you before your massage so you know what to tell your therapist. ��
