After years of being told by doctors I wouldn’t be able to conceive naturally due to having endometriosis and it not being treated for 7 years I got a positive test. I had accepted I wouldn’t be a mother so it was the shock of my life. I call the office to make an appointment and they told me I cannot because I was discharged as a client for pending debt. I went there ONE time for the flu. Paid for my visit. And now they have been sending me bills. I only ever been there once. DO NOT GO HERE
Used to really like them. Currently unhappy because I left a message with med question a week ago, called back once, and still nobody has answered my question.
The absolute longest wait when there were two other people there at most. After being seen by the doctor I waited 30 minutes just for a shot from the nurse. All in all, I spent less than 5 minutes with the doctor, but was there for 2 hours. There simply wasn’t cause for that long of a wait.
They failed to go over my test results with me even after I called to get that info
