Love how my review was removed from your reviews. They don't like seeing the truth. Patients beware the doctor i was assigned to told me I have to do another test before I can be referred to a specialist. He is horrible. Name Dr. D. Skylar Winchester DO internal medicine. I guess since you asked me to call you and tell you everything about what happened, when you did not hear from me you deleted my review. Update- I did send an email to the one in your response and never received a reply. I’ve had several great experiences with SOFHA- they are equipped with some great medical professionals. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF PETE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PHONE!!!! Why does it sound like we’re swimming in the ocean on a high speed blender every time we call??? Please fix this. It’s been going on for years. I dread calling because of this horrifying recording.

I don't appreciate the "double dipping" of billing the insurance. It should be considered fraud. Having people come back in a month "to see how you're doing on a medication" just to bill the insurance again and charge the patient a second copay is corrupt. Any other place would give a years worth of refills.

Dismissed me as a pt while making payments on my account.. said it wasn’t enough. So I lost the best PCP I have ever had along with my GYN care. Was at my lowest and sickest. still haven't been able to find a comparable NP.
