My Dr very nice and thorough, but when it comes to prior authorizations someone drops the ball and don’t even send them in , then sends me messages on what the insurance says , then I verify with insurance and they have no idea what I am talking about because they haven’t received any paperwork!! Got a call from some lady yelling and trying to talk over me , will not go back would give zero stars if I could
They took no accountability for my postpartum depression. Even though I screened high nothing was done about it and they continued to code it as recurrent major depression and there is no proof I ever had major depression. They coded it but didn’t say anything about it just sssked me if I had thoughts of hurting my baby. SOFHA in Johnson City isn't that good anymore. My mother received a screening questionnaire for depression and the questions were not geared towards geriatric patients. The medical assistant never took vital signs, he told me that I was neglecting my mother by not taking to the eye doctor. I cannot force my mother to do anything she does not want to do, and I told him so. He was unprofessional and just weird. Labs were done and no problem there. My whole adult life nobody has ever been able to draw my blood on the first stick. I have had some terrible experiences in the past. Bethany has drawn my blood twice and did an amazing job! She gets my blood on the first stick. Kudos to you, Bethany!
