They failed to go over my test results with me even after I called to get that info
Have requested medication refills for 3 days and they have not returned call. I am completely out of medication. I have left a message each day. No response ,
I requested some tests along w my pap. They did not do the screening I wanted but did my pap. Did not call to explain my results as it is censored with extra characters/syllables and difficult to decipher. The dr and nurse were being unprofessional abt how some screenings can be pleasurable and laughing abt it outside my door before entering. SOFHA is creating a doctor desert here in Kingsport TN. I am going to have to change or "find" another doctor after living here in Kingsport for over twenty years. This is totally unacceptable! My doctor can't even recommend a doctor to go to because she doesn't even know who will be left! My doctor saved my life due to a heart blockage I didn't know I had, and now I have no one to take care of my needs! And not only am I losing my dr.
