Dee and Dr Kohne are wonderful. They both explained the process for the biopsy and how I Would feel durning and after the procedure. Dee was very caring and very compassionate for me. She has a soft gentle touch that anybody going through this would need Dr Kohne has a great personality and made the procedure very easy. He was quick but thorough. He talked to me like I was a person and not just a number. He was very respectful with Dee as well
When I stepped into the Breast Center the ambiance was immediately pleasant and peaceful. Angela checked me in and although I couldn’t find my insurance card, she had such a calming demeanor and was very patient with me. When I eventually found my info she not only copied it for the facilities records but provided me with a copy without even being asked to do so! SOFHA Healthcare Associates is the absolute best place to have that dreaded mammogram. The technicians are so professional, yet personable and make you very comfortable in what is going on. I have visited many different offices for my yearly mammogram or breast ultrasound and by far SOFHA is the best! “Save your tatas st SOFHA!” 😀😀
