I called to make an appointment and had to leave a message, but never received a call back. When I called again a few days later, I was put on hold, and when they returned to the line, I was told they were not accepting new patients.

After finding out my primary care physician is leaving, I was a little heartbroken, I must say. The great thing is that F.N.P. Emilee Miller will be staying. She is one of the kindest, caring and easiest to talk to about anything. She always provides information regarding my conditions and offers solutions to make my life easier and more bearable. Physicians and nurses are outstanding and waiting time is reasonable. It is difficult to checkout out since there are few checkout desks and many patients waiting to sign out with very little room (designed for only three or four people). The new Health Care summary is a great improvement. They are always improving their care and need to expand in the near future.

I have no words to express my disgust with this practice. They either don't take notes or they dont review them properly. When my pcp has me being treated one way and he's out of the office apparently all the rest of them treat me like a second class citizen and not only that, my treatment was approved by the lead DOCTOR there and they are liars as well. If something isn't fixed I could die because of their ignorance.
