Great location and very well run property. Lexi is terrific and has helped me to navigate leases and maintenance issues seamlessly. Could not be happier here.
After living here for 2 years I can honestly say the complex is anesthetic and in a cool spot, but that’s it. Most of the extra fees on top of base rent seemed so unnecessary. Paying for door to door trash service that I could not opt out of and was not reliable, a package delivery service that I never saw (and at least 1/3 of my packages were stolen), a mailbox that was broken for an entire year (with no compensation and just told to “go to the post office”), the app to get into the gate and other doors would frequently go ... read more
I've lived at The Lola for almost a year now, and have had an amazing experience! The location on South Congress is great with plenty of restaurants, stores and things to do as soon as you walk outside. The community is well maintained and the recent renovations make the apartments feel modern. The staff has been friendly, responsive, and helpful, and maintenance requests have always been completed quickly. I'd definitely recommend The Lola to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
The properties location is everything! Team and management do a great job at upkeep as well.
Beware! absolutely not a secured complex. You can walk in without any sort of gate from the busy S Congress and aligning streets . You just cannot drive in. I had at least three packages stolen and a bike locked in the bike area. Do not pick a first floor unit!You can hear all the walking around upstairs. I didn’t get much sleep staying at this complex since the person upstairs woke up very early and enjoyed walking around or I should say stomping around their apartment much of the day.
