Do not recommend living here. The apartments are dark, and when I moved out the office hit me with a ton of fees that made no sense and would not talk through the fees with me, they only told me to pay them.
I was happy with the building at first, but ownership recently removed a key amenity. My lease included five free 24-hour guest parking passes per month, and now guests only get one free hour before paying $8 for additional time or $20 overnight. Management said this was an ownership decision and can’t be changed. It’s disappointing to have terms changed mid-lease with no alternative offered, especially since being close to downtown and able to have friends over easily was a big factor in choosing this building.
We moved here in February 2025. The staff was welcoming and helpful. When we moved in I was struggling to carry a heavy pot to our porch and a staff member passing by saw me and jumped in to help. The process for making rent payments is easy and when we certified our dog as a service dog they quickly made an adjustment to our dog fees. I love a good theme and event and Lexi kills it every time. She's very always so nice. Movie nights are my favorite.
My husband and I have been at the Lola for almost a year now and we LOVE IT! So close to everything on S Congress but it is quiet and peaceful at our unit. Landscaping is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are gorgeous too. Pleasant management and we couldn't be happier! Never plan to move.
