Do you like a peaceful quite place to live? Than this is not the place for you because you will be awoken every morning at 7am by their team of landscapers with leaf blowers making all kinds of noise. Property management COULD do something to stop this! But they CHOOSE not to! Why would the mangers not address this you ask? The thing I love about Austin is how incredibly welcoming and nice the folks are! I had the pleasure of checking out The Lola for my new home and Lexi was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I’ve definitely had my share of apartment tours but this was such a refreshing experiencing. She gave me the down low of the area and also some great recommendations. It’s the little things that go a long way and I don’t review unless something stands out. Thanks Lexi for being one of the few good ones!
I’ve lived at the Lola for about 5 months now and have loved every minute of it. The property is beautiful. I love driving in and seeing so many trees. It’s safe and protected. And, the amenities fulfill your every need. Highly recommend living here!
