Move-in had several problems. The apartment had protruding carpet nails (photos attached, I cut myself on one), unmarked stove knobs, and cleaning issues that affected my ability to use the apartment properly for three weeks. Repairs took longer than expected. I reported the issues when I moved in in September, but have photos from September 16th showing the nails still weren't fixed. I love this apartment so much. Been there since I was born. I had GREAT experiences there, management isn’t bad at all and front desk workers are nice also!
They are thieves! I lived here for a year and moved out, they inspected my apartment and said everything looked fine. After I moved out, they refused to give me my deposit back and said they needed to replace their carpet and charged me $314 for that. Nancy from the management was extremely rude to me over the phone when I didn’t accept these charges. She said they needed to replace the carpet every 5 years and apparently it was my turn to pay for it. They could charge me for the cleaning fee but no, i paid $314 for a minor ... read more
Love this building and all of the amazing staff here. Please do yourself a favor and visit and tour before you choose your next place of residence. Many of the negative reviews are old/outdated and in my opinion are simply not factual. Humans are quick to leave unacceptable negative reviews yet rarely take the time to log on and post a satisfactory or positive review.
