TERRIBLE! I wouldn't recommend Theo Hawthorne's office to ANYONE!!! We have been with them for years and have only ever filed 1 small claim for a tree limb falling on our hood, so we have been very profitable clients. We pay our premiums monthly via automatic withdrawal from our cc. Our cc expired and we renewed the new one immediately. The following month i went to pay the cc bill and noticed our insurance expense wasn't on the bill. We pay several bills via this cc and all of the other bills were on there but State Farm.
