I have known their office for a while and they have a very good group of people working there. Edgar and Cristian specially are very knowledgeable and been there forever. Bianca is very nice and has helped me a lot when it comes to my billing. I highly recommend this office! One of the BEST run State Farm I have been in.
Edgar Alas has helped me with both home and car insurances for sometime. He has been very knowledgeable and professional. He has gone out of his way to explain things to me. He has helped finding best options for my needs and saving my premiums. He is very friendly and patient. Jeff Sinfuego has also been very instrumental in helping our insurance needs. All in all, I would highly recommend Jeff’s office and Edgar as a good agent.
When I say this place NEVER answers your phone calls. I really mean never. It’s so hard to get in contact with them and then when you leave a voicemail they still don’t get back in contact with you. It takes you calling back multiple times. Or when they say they will look into something and call you back. They never really do. You always have to go in there to finally get your situation solved. I love statefame but this office is not it. Sadly.
