These folks have done a fantastic job with my sensory-challenged kiddo.
They have amazing customer service and an awesome selection. I worked with Robert at the James Street location and he helped me fit into the perfect glasses and worked with me to get the best bang for my buck. So pleased with the service, I'll definitely be buying my eyewear here from now on!
The doctors as well as the staff are so kind and considerate. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable. The exams are extremely thorough. The waiting area is clean, quiet, comfortable and they even offer you a beverage from a Keurig 2.0! What more could you ask for??
I went to a regular eye Dr last year. This year I went to vision plus and they have all the newest technology and caught a very serious eye condition that was missed with my regular eye exam. After 2 eye surgeries. I am now safe from losing my vision, which was imminent. I highly recommend them and they took my crappy insurance and referred me on to an excellent eye surgeon.
My family and I have had great experiences here the last few years. Love Dr Aginsky!
Their staff is awesome. Awesome customer service. I broke my glasses and couldn't wear my contacts for a week so i ordered new lenses for an old frame and they had them done by the next day. Thank you! Shout out especially to the Ferndale Vision plus for always being personable.
