Initially came in looking for a used Sienna but ended up getting an SUV I really liked. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My experience with this dealer was a good energy easy one. The vehicle upon my arrival was as pictured and described. The DETAILER used could have been monitored a bit closer. Cleaning of the panels around the front seatbelt pull area was totally missed, however minor, in times of Covid-19, cleaning and sanitizing this area is priority. I had a terrible experience with the dealer I purchased Mercedes-Benz 2008 4matic from. I purchased the car $8,000, with deduction of trade-in $1,000; I paid out of pocket $7,295.00. They knew very well the car they selling was a garbage. The very day I purchased the car, as I was driving home, the engine was making violet noise. I stopped and called the dealer to let them know the car has a big problem that I could not drive it anymore.
